Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the Faro mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Faro.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dragon Group LLC, doing business as Dragon Group Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Faro application.

Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Faro. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Account Compliance: You must not have a previously terminated or suspended Faro account due to violations of these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs through your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Any harm or damage caused by your use of the service

You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity without authorization.

Acceptable Use

By using Faro, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited conduct, including harassment, illegal activities, spam, and other harmful behaviors.

User-Generated Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post to Faro, including profile information, messages, photos, and posts.

License Grant

By posting content on Faro, you grant Dragon Group Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store and display your content within the application
• Process your content to provide the Faro service
• Remove or modify content that violates these Terms

Content Standards

All content you post must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its consequences.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

Location Services

Faro uses location to help you find nearby groups and local community. By using the app, you consent to:

• Collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Processing of your location to surface groups and community content near you

You may disable location services in iOS settings, which will limit or eliminate core app functionality.

Privacy

Your use of Faro is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create accounts using false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Faro service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use Faro for any commercial solicitation without authorization
• Engage in any conduct that violates our Acceptable Use Policy

Termination and Suspension

Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or for any other reason we deem appropriate, including to protect the safety of our users.

Account Suspension

Suspended accounts may be subject to:

• Temporary or permanent access restriction
• Content removal
• Device-level restrictions as described in our Privacy Policy

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Faro ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, contact us at DGS_Support@dragongroupstudio.com to request a review.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimer

Faro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

User Interactions

We are not responsible for the conduct of other users. Use caution when meeting users from Faro in person and trust your instincts regarding your personal safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dragon Group Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Faro.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Faro, including the app design, features, and content created by Dragon Group Studio, are owned by or licensed to Dragon Group LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications. Continued use of Faro after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement
