Enforcement
Enforcement Tiers
We apply graduated enforcement based on severity:
Tier 1 — Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning with explanation. Examples: mild spam, borderline content, minor profile issues.
Tier 2 — Temporary Suspension: Repeated minor violations or moderate violations result in a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. Examples: harassment, inappropriate content, repeated spam.
Tier 3 — Permanent Account Ban: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination. Examples: sustained harassment, serious illegal activity facilitation, repeated Tier 2 violations.
Tier 4 — Device Ban: Reserved for users who repeatedly evade bans or commit the most serious violations. Device bans prevent creating new accounts from the same device. Examples: CSAM distribution, ban evasion, severe and repeated harassment after permanent account ban.

Zero-tolerance violations (Tier 4) are not eligible for appeal.
Good Samaritan Provision
We appreciate users who report violations and act in good faith to maintain community safety. We will not take action against users who report violations in good faith, even if the report is ultimately not actioned.
